Prins Staal and De Boer Staal join forces

Merger of two family businesses

The merger marks an important milestone for both Prins Staal and De Boer Staal. Both are North Holland family businesses with a rich history of cutting and processing steel with an eye for sustainability. By combining the knowledge and skills of both companies, they can serve customers in infrastructure, construction and machine and shipbuilding even better.

Synergy, Growth and Continuity

Part of the collaboration is the move of Prins Staal to the De Boer Staal location in Uitgeest. The move will take place at the end of 2024 or early 2025. To ensure continuity for customers, both companies will continue to operate side by side in the interim period. The management of Prins De Boer Staal will consist of the current directors of both companies.
