Prins Staal and De Boer Staal join forces

Today it was announced that Prins Staal from Haarlem and De Boer Staal from Uitgeest are joining forces and moving forward together. This adds Prins Staal to the family of companies of the ROTO group, of which De Boer Staal is already part. With this acquisition, ROTO Group is strengthening its market position in the field of steel processing.
